ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION He/she will work collaboratively with WISE, NIC, and other members on the following tasks: • Develop and build a solid understanding of the target audiences (K12 and university students, fresh graduates or young workers who want to further their careers to change their career directions…) regarding their attributes, career orientation awareness, professional intent through online desk research and interview / sharing with related key partners of the projects including HR companies, employers, associations, and training institutions. • Meet and establish good relationships with the partners of the Training Partnership to facilitate sharing of data with the website to be developed. • Develop communications graphics to portray the ICT market’s work force trends in domestic, regional, and international labor markets. • Based on the understanding of target audience and ICT market, illustrate how to build career pathways for ICT jobs with professional recommendations on career path framework. • Demonstrate the critical requirements for a major set sample of ICT occupations in the above career framework with relevant technical competencies, leadership competencies, core competencies, indicating salary range benchmarks for each occupation. • Demonstrate a typical career development plan for each occupation with recommended relevant skill sets; credentials that attest to the acquisition of those skills; other technical knowledge; and base-line soft skills in leadership. • Brainstorm with WISE team to develop communication concept, communication strategy, and detailed content to integrate on the website of Training Partnership. • Coordinate with a communication officer; developing communication materials and communication assets if needed. • Coordinate with communication and graphic consultant to promote the career pathway platform, once designed, and career development framework of the project to target audiences. • Coordinate with WISE to present the platform at a workshop (launch of the website) for participants of WISE’s Training Partnership, with guidance on how to best use the website. Share content best-practices with the team; Work from brief to final execution if needed. The consultant will work with WISE and NIC, and report to the Team Leader, Quang Phan. ACTIVITY DELIVERABLES The expert will deliver the following: • Content for Training Partnership’s website and social media sites. • A detailed report/database on Career pathways and salaries for ICT jobs with relevant skill sets. Yêu cầu kỹ năng REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS This position requires somebody with skills and knowledge in human resource development and ICT workplace and markets. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field in ICT, engineering, Human Resources, Management, or equivalent years of related work experiences in HR and ICT areas. Work Experience: • At least 5 years of related professional experience in ICT and HR & Communication; • Proven track record in Talent Management or Organization Development, Workforce Planning experience preferred with Career Path and Career Development building experience; • Communication experience in content writing is advantageous; Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: • Understanding of the ICT job market and profile • Program coordination and research experience; • Data analysis and building concept from a scratch; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Computer literacy required, particularly knowledge of MS Office applications. Level of Effort and Duration: The website is expected to be completed within 3 months and the level of effort for this assignment is 40 working days. Language Skills: • Strong written, verbal, computer and interpersonal communication skills are essential. • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
