Our client - A multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products looking for 1 Account Strategist - Fostering consultative relationships and deliver strategic perspective to clients in Vietnam - Work with clients and technical teams to troubleshoot and improve performance of campaigns - Encourage advertisers to incorporate the company's various ad strategies and features to optimize their campaign performance. Provide campaign updates and recommendations, and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ads campaign performance. - Be the point of contacts for clients for day-to-day requests such as ads approval, billing... - Monitor and analyze advertising campaigns in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize ad campaigns. - Assist team members in customer training and orientation on the company's products. Knowledge of Google advertising products across Apps, video, display, and search and ideally experience managing AdWords campaigns and with other Google products such as Google Analytics. Detail oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work at tight deadlines. 2-5 years of experience Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experienced in user acquisition is prefered Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently.
