POSITION PURPOSE: The Country Manager has an overall responsibility for the ACET business in Vietnam. The Country Manager leads management teams in both HCMC and Hanoi offices to achieve the organisation’s business goals. The role sits within Vietnam management team and reports directly to the Country Director, Vietnam. Key Responsibilities o ELT Business Development o ELT Sales and Operations o Teaching quality standards and customer experience o Financial Management o Partnership Management (INSEARCH) o People leadership and development o Regional Participation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Business Development: o Drive business and revenue growth ,Develop and execute the annual and 3-5year business plans o Report against business plan execution to IDP and INSEARCH 2. Sales and Operations o Drive the team to deliver set sales targets ,develop a strong pipeline of potential students o Align all marketing initiatives to delivering targets and strengthening the brand o Effective management of the operation and resource allocation to meet targets 3. Teaching Quality Standards and Customer satisfaction o Lead the team to ensure high academic standards and student satisfaction levels by setting targets, monitor and report on results o Ensure high levels of customer service o Lead DOS (Director of Study) and liaise with UTS: Insearch on program and curriculum development 4. Financial Management o Accountable for the overall profitability of the operational activities of the business o Full P&L accountability o Effective management of operational budgets 5. People o Provide positive and professional leadership to the team, o Develop capability within the business 6. Stakeholder management o Maintain strong effective working relationships with all key stakeholder groups o Effective partnership management 7. Regional participation o Good Practice sharing and adoption o Opportunity identification, development, bidding, execution Key challenges for this role include: o Maintaining a high level of trust and team spirit and camaraderie with the country leadership team while challenging the performance of team; o Driving the implementation of commercially focussed business planning principles and developing innovative growth strategies to expand an established business o Developing a sales culture in balance with the need to meet customers’ requirements o Balance commercially focussed business principles with high levels of customer service o Building management capacity and capability across the country to ensure a high level of business management skill, aligned KPI’s, personal accountability, ownership and contribution to the business’s growth without losing sight of the day to day needs of the business o Building and establishing relationships and partnerships with other ELT centres in SEA and working collaboratively to meet organisation goals. Increasing cooperation between countries and leveraging knowledge, skills and resources across countries Quyền lợi được hưởng 20% of FAR 20 ALT and 10 sick days Yêu cầu kỹ năng Essential requirements: o Demonstrated experience (minimum 7 years) in business and operational management with strong commercial drive. o Degree qualified in Business Administration or other related field.
