* Function: Responsible for all clerical & administrative works of the Design Department * Duties: Prepare quotation and contract of all design projects. Make business plan, quarter report of the Design Department Attend the project meetings or internal meetings and take minutes of meeting if required. Translate Vietnamese to English or via for the design documents, memo, email, contract, official letter relating to the project if required. Follow up and process the request of payment for all design projects. Other tasks will be discussed in detail when interview. Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable in any given situation. Fresh graduated/ 01-03 years experience in same position. Self-motivated, flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility.
