Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives Boosting sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts, maintaining fruitful relationships and existing accounts. Identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential organizations, partners and other customers Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered Sold oriented, has a wide range of customer’s portfolio, media agency contacts. Solid understanding of business objectives and ability to translate from business objectives to digital KPIs. Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance client relationship. Leadership, teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator. Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry. Fluent in digital ability to spot latest trends, strong in web and social analytics, online media. Communication and persuasion, Problem-solving and decision making, Dealing with change and people Good knowledge of brands, marketing, strategy, ads and concept. Strong decision-making abilities Working hours : 8 hours x 5 days / week (Monday to Friday)
