Role Summary: This senior position is a high performing sales executive to generate new business revenue. The role will focus on identifying and driving revenue opportunities for ASM’s media network. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships from initial plan, through closing and transition/onboarding, and long-term strategic account growth Leverage knowledge and relationships with brands and media agencies to develop revenue opportunities Creatively explore upselling and packaging opportunities to create co-sell offerings Build trusted relationships/partnerships with brands, media agencies in order to serve their integrated marketing needs Quyền lợi được hưởng Chế độ bảo hiểm, Du Lịch, Chế độ thưởng, Đào tạo, Tăng lương, Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng Solid understanding of the OOH/Shopper landscape incl. industry trends, key players, terminology and overall knowledge of media landscape; A 7+ year revenue development career track focused on Shopper/OOH media, preferably in consultative selling to brand marketing decision makers and/or similar senior levels of media agencies; Prefer candidates of current experience with an active client list, others need not apply; Motivated by a rewarding, commission-based compensation plan; Ability to make cold calling and prospecting; High energy, self confidence, communication skills and drive to make things happen. * Remuneration and other benefits: Gross base salary per month is around VND40mio plus attractive sales commission Social insurance plus annual health package A bonus of gross base of 2 months if annual sales target achieved Monthly allowance and 13th month base salary Working location: Ho Chi Minh city; Working time: Mon – Fri from 9:00am – 5:00pm; 15 days fully paid annual leave Long term career and exciting development opportunities alongside with the company expansion and growth.
