Researching to open new store/ Site Finding: - Plan for investment to open stores - Research the competitor location in the market - Having strategic thinking, analyzing the current business situation, anticipating future development directions, from which setting goals and promoting the achievement of those goals.. - Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, traffic, compare rental fee, products and services to choose new location to open new stores. 2.
