A. Purpose of Position - Ensure the cooperation programs, communication and service quality provided successfully to assigned principals, contribution to QBR - Propose and Implememt the KPIs, - Manage and develop the assigned territories . Ensure the optimal covarega and customer service - Manage and develop the business consultant teams for Pharmacy & wholesaler Channels in assigned territories - Ensure Customer data base maintenance - To lead and contribute to retail Department’s projects as assigned and cross-functional projecst B. Responsibilities - Cooperate with internal department to ensure optimal coverage and optimal customer service - Propose and achieve the KPI - Organize, manage and develop the business consultant teams for Pharmacy& wholesale Channels in assigned territories. - To lead and contribute to the retail Department’s projects as assigned and cross-functionalprojjects .Coordinate with other participants to continuously improve the programs, communicate the programs to all other teams and have it implemented successfully - Ensure Customer data base maintenanceand update - Organize cooperation programs and regularly meet to update assigned principals on performance and market information, contribution to QBR - Manage and control the Team expense in the most efficiency. - Share new ideas and focus on continuing to develop sales department to maintain our competitive advantage - Create, maintain and develop relationships with customers/ partners, internal departments. - Adherence the company policy on protection and confidential information/data.
