A. C&B Main Responsibilities: - In charge of personal income tax. - Implement preparation for monthly payroll and related payment to the staffs' benefits. - Organize, operate activities of the company union if any. - Follow up changes related to compensation and benefit of employees and employers, as per latest laws. - Make monthly report of social and heath insurance, monthly insurance balance, personal income tax to governmental agency. - Make sure labor reports updated on time to the labor department. - In charge of Social Insurance for all employees. - Update laws and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fair application. B.
