Yêu cầu kỹ năng Responsibilities: Internal Communication (Employee Satisfaction): Create content in any format (text, photography, poster, video…) to ensure company message was conveyed in the most appealing way to employees in right time Plan and implement campaign to enhance employee satisfaction Organize and coordinate outdoor and company events External Communication (Recruitment Marketing): Responsible for all TMA external communication channel (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website…) to drive candidate attraction and engagement Set up and manage marketing campaign to promote career opportunities, special recruitment program at the company Working closely with Design Team to create Recruitment POSM (Brochure, Leaflet, Standee and online Materials…) Manage and enhance TMA‘s relationship with 40+ universities through events, sponsorships… Research and propose new channel, new way to reach further more candidates Required skills: Having passion and good background about branding, PR, marketing, event Dynamic and pro-active person Working knowledge of social marketing (Fb, LinkedIn…) Interpersonal skills, good presentation skills and confidence Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure Good communication (written and verbal in English and Vietnamese) Have knowledge about Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Photography is a plus Liên hệ - Người liên hệ: TMA Solutions - Điạ chỉ: Tòa nhà TMA, Công viên phần mềm Quang Trung, P.
