1. Control & supervise all the contractor's activities on the site of the project. 2. Maintain the safety rule in the construction work. 3. Monitor and control the quality of the construction to meet the Project’s requirements. 4. Analyse and estimate the price of the construction/ building renovation of the Project. 5. Inspect construction materials and check construction material documents, certificate to ensure that they have been tested or performed before use. 6. Review the shop drawing and give the comments to consultant and main contractor, in case the shop drawing cannot apply in the actual construction site. 7. Check and revise methods of construction work that proposed by contractor to ensure that they meet the expectation of the Company. 8. Routine physical tests as required. 9. Hold or attend the meetings as required for the Project. 10. Continuously improve to achieve the targets. 11. Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set the preventive action. 12. Update direct superior on urgent issues immediately and consult as required. 13. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by Project Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng 1. Education:  Bachelor or master’s degree in  Civil or Construction engineering. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a small to medium expansion project, green field project and construction management 3. Languages: Good command in English (a must, 4 skills required) 4. Computer skill: Microsoft office, Auto CAD. 5. Other requirements: - Financial and Job Cost Accounting Knowledge - Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, Strong interpersonal skill, Strong negotiation skill, Dispute Resolution - Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency 6.
