ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop direct marketing channel (email, sms and other) strategy with the goal to increase customer retention and loyalty • Prepare content and segmentation, be able to suggest good visual material ideas and call to action wording • Follow up on campaign execution – carry out A/B tests, monitor deliverability etc. • Analyse results – prepare campaign summaries, lessons learned and identify next steps to improve campaign performance • Collect feedback and understanding from our users to improve the Customer Experience and propose and implement improvements along the journey • Collaborate with Country managers, Digital marketing, Customer Care and Sales team to improve existing customer retention processes and come up with new ideas • Research and explore new industry updates and ideas • Share practise from other markets, educate local teams Quyền lợi được hưởng Very competitive salary Extra health care and following Vietnam labor regulation 22 annual leave per year Yêu cầu kỹ năng EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • At least 1+ year experience in email marketing and/or CRM • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or other related fields • Solid organizational and project management skills • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task • Ability to think strategically and analytically to ensure successful marketing campaign execution • Familiarity with multiple email marketing platforms and top communication channels (SMS, Messenger, Whatsapp, Viber, Zalo etc.) • Understanding of email standards and regulations, tech stacks, file growth, deliverability Liên hệ - Người liên hệ: SOFI SOLUTIONS LTD.
