***OE accounting function: -Collecting original invoice from carrier/ co-loader/ related party after settling payment. -Settling payment for Carrier / Co-loader without Late-payment agreement as per request from ocean export team. -Collecting invoices & setting payment for lift on - lift off charges from sub-contractor of Muji shipment after checking by Muji team. - Save e-invoice into NEVN database or transfer the original form to accounting PIC. -Record ocean freight amount in AS400 - Making receivable statement for monthly payment customer at the end of each month. -Classifying output invoice according to the type of payment (Internet banking, deposit slip,...) - Checking customer's payment as per request from ocean export team. -Running sale report after issuing customer's invoice. - Issuing red invoice for customer base on debit note as per request from ocean export team correctly & sufficiently. -Collecting payment for these customers accordingly. -Input customer's invoice into control sheet and transfer original form which attached deposit slip, ATM slip to Accounting PIC. ***Customer services and documents: - Sending quotation to customer/ agent and related party under confirmation of Manager. -Getting booking from carrier/ co-loader. Receiving and solving all request from customer, oversea agents & related sections. - Submitting SI to carrier. - Preparing and sending shipping instruction. - Issuing debit notes/ invoice to customer. -Issuing draft HB/L through system. -Submitting AFR/AMS/ACI-ISF -Collecting customer payment.
