We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Deputy Business Development Director. AIM OF THE JOB Acquire new projects. Ensure progress in acquired projects. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 1. Source new residential and commercial property projects. 2. Evaluate commercial and financial feasibility for new projects to determine investment viability. 3. Negotiate and structure deals. 4. Prepare Board Paper and management memo to acquire new projects or ensure progress in acquired projects. 5. Conduct economic and property market study to improve understanding of market trends and environment. 6. Conduct due diligence and ensure proper legal documentation 7. Manage relationships with partners and authorities to ensure project progress. 8. Coordinate with other of BD’s team members & departments to achieve objectives 9.
