* Job Description 1. Planning: - Planning business strategy, short-term and long-term financial strategy of the Company. - Coordinate with the General Director to build the vision, mission, core values and long-term goals. - Manage the Departments/Departments to set goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the Company's overall goals. 2. Human Resources: - Coordinate with Human Resources Department in organizing and building the Company's organizational structure and departments in order to promptly serve the current and future development and business orientation of the Company. 5.
