OBJECTIVES Assist Unit Head of Bancassurance Digital Marketing in terms of promoting insurance products , growing digital presence, building brand awareness, targeting new customers, increasing conversion and retaining existing customers KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives Collaborate with M arketing Center and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts Develop and design marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral s , and ensure brand guidelines are met Write, proofread, and edit internal & external communications content across different mediums Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns Undertake other tasks as assigned by line manager Quyền lợi được hưởng Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Du Lịch Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm Yêu cầu kỹ năng REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication in both Vietnamese & English Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Communications, preferably working for insurance companies, banks or financial institution Creative and strategic thinker Sound knowledge and proficiency in presentation & office software Strong skill in marketing, branding, social media marketing & copywriting Ability & aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction & relationship Good planning & organizing skill Clear communications skills, both written and verbal Good time management skill Discipline in planning, execution & follow up of initiatives to achieve desired results Good interpersonal & people skills Detail-oriented, accurate & thorough Proactive & end-result driven
