Experience (years of experience i.e.: 1 year of experience in similar position) Strong communicators with skills in writing and public speaking Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging employees toward the success of a goal. Minimum 2 years HR experience in Employee Engagement position in a high growth organization in similar industry (multinational organization is preferred). Able to see the big picture as well as the small details. Skills (Ability to): Ability to motivate and inspire Good communication; Able to prioritize under deadline pressure Problem solving Planning and execution Team player but capable of working independently Use computer fluently, especially with Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and familiar with Social Media platforms.
