Objective - Develop the learning module, training material by working closely with other training/capability development team in Techcombank and Bảo Hiểm Nhân Thọ/GI partners. - Responsible for the development, organizing and deployment of  Life and GI Insurance Products as per the business plan and strategic objectives of Insurance division.  - Conduct the Train-The-Trainers for the in-depth training and coaching modules for Insurance Products - Improve the quality of training and implement the project/initiative to improve the training attendance rate and the quality of consultation of the front-line team and the coaching quality of sales management team in regards to the GI and Life insurance products Key accountabilities (1) 1. Implement the training of  Life Insurance and GI products  - Develop the training material, training roadmap and modules as well as the suitable method of training for  Life Insurance and GI Products which is aligned to the business plan and strategic direction from time to time. - In charge of the project and initiative with Insurance partners and internal stakeholder to improve the quality of training and efficiency of the training implemention.  - Work with the relevant departments to develop the training programs to equip the knowledge about products, operational matters related to product, procedure, soft skills about sales consultation and sales management in order to ensure the business compliance, processes and quality of services to deliver the business plan. - Develop the Insurance Product monthly training plan for each regions and each channels  - Work closely with the relevant division to develop the training material, FAQ to equip the frontline sales team and sales management with basic and advanced knowledge to deliver the optimal services to the customers to increase the sales volume and enhance the skills of the sales force. - Carry out the training and co-ordinating the effort to deliver the training for new products  2. Deliver the in-depth training (TTT) - Deliver the training of Life Insurance and GI products for the frontline and sales management by working closely with other product training/capability development team in Techcombank and partners. - Responsible for the delivery of TTT of Corporate Life Insurance and GI product to the internal trainers 3.
