The role is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO, with a Field Sales team of over 10 people currently and expected to grow to 30-50 in a couple of months. You will be tasked with aligning the sales structure with the business strategy whilst maximising the opportunity for business growth within each channel. You will design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure we will be able to win. You will own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Strong business sense and industry expertise The role requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the customer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyse sales performance and manage the team/individuals accordingly. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a proven record of consistent sales delivery in a Field Sales role, ideally within HORECA, MT, FMCG Retail sales channel.
