Department: Brand and Communication Management Department The purpose of this role is to promote ACB’s products and its various activities through the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of a digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including website and social media platforms. Responsibilities Include: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Identify trends and insights and optimize campaign performance based on the insights Collaborate with related internal teams as well as agencies and other vendor partners to bring the campaign into life Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals Design, build and maintain ACB presence on social media Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements: +3 years of digital marketing Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or a related field Solid knowledge of website analytics tools Excellent time management skill and ability to work well under high pressure Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross- functional team Creativity and problem-solving skill
