Job Description: Manage project schedule follow instruction from Senior designer Represent owner to work with architects to make project follow approved schedule and quality. Coordinate b/t designer, Marketing Dept. to give out products matched with customer requirement. Ability to work with designers and other Dept. for all the submission procedures to get project construction license. Review drawing of each submission stage and construction drawing following the checklist and PMH requirement. Coordinate with construction contractors and designers during construction time. Have the ability to put in ideas to improve projects to create better and better products with cost control.
