KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate and keep track of interactions over digital channels including: Fanpage/Instagram/Groups: keep track on these performance indicators, update new trends that fit with brands, adapt and preparation content team to execute, coordinate with designers/product management for schedule post arrangement. Email: set-up for email MKT – Content development and order design, choose potential data and send. (external and internal) SMS: Planning, budget, content (event, promotion) Provide digital content and identify opportunities for improvement. Initiate and execute on promotion materials, ad sets, etc. to enhance digital KPI for TLJ social brand assets. Quick action in responding queries for customers via all social media channel. - Research and Development: Evaluate competitors and industry practices online. Collect and analyze data from all digital channels from TLJ brand assets. - Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager. COMPETENCIES - Detail-oriented, social media trendy & tech-savvy - Strong analytical skill & logical thinking - Colleges, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate in digital marketing.
