- Communicating with oversea agents to get approval of shipment or assisting agents work with local customers. - Coordinate operation staff to take care of packing - Make bill of lading, all documents of the shipment. - Reporting to Manager if any problem related to Ocean and Air Outbound shipments weekly. - Contacting to shipping lines to solve any problem incurred. - Dynamically and effectively solve customers’ complaints - Monitoring shipping documents and customer service jobs for Ocean and Air Outbound shipments. - Detailed work will be discussed in the interview.
