Responsible for sales roles in order provide FA products & solution to Electronics & OEMs customers and expand market share. • Works closely with ELA Sales Manager to develop individual customer roadmap and action items that focus on key needs. • Responsible for actively identifying, negotiating and maximizing new business opportunities. • Manage the day-to-day activities of key customer including providing quotation, ordering and resolving complex customer issues. • Regular visits to targeted customers to build rapport and attend to enquiries. • Attends to product complaints and suggestions from customers. • Shares and imparts technical knowledge, skills and experience to customers by providing technical consultation. • Other duties assigned by ELA Sales Manager.
