Main role: include managing the sustainable cleanliness, security and green healthy environment at Un-Available. This position also manages the working supplies for direct staff. Ultimately, a successful Administrator should be able to ensure our company procedures run smoothly. Maintain the sustainability of the company’s appearance at the high level of green, clean and tidy. Responsible of green healthy projects such as plants and non-single plastic strategy. Responsible of team to keep the company clean and tidy. Organize, store and issue company costumes and working equipment as needed Organize, store and issue company cleaning stuff as needed Organize, store and supply drinking water as needed Maintain a filing check-in/out system for data on customers and external suppliers Prepare regular reports and presentations Submit expense reports Maintain a safety system with security team and be a key person if any alarm at company. Update company policies/ notice/ announcement and ensure compliance with them.
