Job Summary In this role, Solar Structure Manager will be responsible for all aspects of commercial solar system design, including structural, civil, as well as the application of solar PV industry codes and standards. This position will serve as a member of an integrated design team and be responsible for coordinating Structural design alongside other disciplines to meet project schedules and deliverables. Main Responsibilities - Complete Rooftop structural and constructability evaluations - Apply department, and relevant standards to prepare specifications, calculations, drawings, and project specifications - Perform structural designs for roof, system analysis & calculations, and drawing preparation - Incorporate the requirements of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract, customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs), professional service agreements, or other contractual requirements ensuring the projects meet or exceed project goals - Coordinate with internal and external partners including cross-discipline, construction, vendors, fabricator(s), and owners to address structural-related issues or concern - Assist with preparation of design documents for solar Structural design including calculations, drawings and Structural specifications Quyền lợi được hưởng Thưởng KPI (Attrative sales incentive scheme) Bảo hiểm XH, BHYT, Bảo hiểm tai nạn ***h Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp năng động Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements Education - Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering in a Structural /Civil engineering program. (University of Technology or University of Architecture) Language - Good at English Related experiences - Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently - 5 years of experience or more in Structural Design, especially in steel structure and solar structural design. - Ability to communicate complex systems with both technical and non-technical personnel - Automation design software on Prokon from Etabs, Auto-cad, CSI software (Etabs, Safe, SAP2000, CFS) - Time management skills and ability to manage large volumes of projects Benefit and incentive: Attractive sales incentive scheme per deal, business entertainment budget, Car for business travel.
