- Provide advice to the business on how to handle transactions that have tax impact, so as to safeguard company’s interest and be tax compliant. - Ensure preparedness for tax inspections and audits that would be consulted by GDT from time-to-time. - Subject matter expert in compliance with local laws, regulations and KO Tax requirements - Ensure there is adequate tax planning, reviewing and revising tax returns – CIT, FCT, VAT, PIT - on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis. - Manage cash management for the local bottling operations; which is largely limited to placing deposits and annual dividend remittance - Build relationships and interact with internal/external clients, key stakeholders to provide planning, consulting and expertise on tax services. - Accountable for full range of tax matters including ensuring compliance to tax related procedures, monitoring of tax reporting processes, leading tax audit discussions / updates, filing tax returns, etc.. - Ensure development of bench strength amongst members of the tax team. - Update changes, if any, with respect to taxation to the team and to the management and robust communication of changes in tax-related matters to internal stakeholders - Liaise with tax consultants as well as other stakeholders involved to prepare submissions for assessments Quyền lợi được hưởng 13th-month bonus & yearly performance bonus 18 annual leave/ year Meal/Phone Allowance + Very Good HealthCare for you and your family Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Extensive corporate tax knowledge - Excellent understanding of Tax assessment procedures under Income Tax, Tax/VAT - Ability to handle scrutiny matters - Good at English Communication (Report directly to an expat CFO) - 10+ years of overall experience with a proven track record of handling direct and indirect tax matters for a minimum of 6 years - Strong experience to coordinate with consultants for the purpose of handling opinions/tax assessment hearing or providing information required for assessment - Knowledge of ERP and Accounting - Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives - Good at stakeholder management - Strong leadership and communication skills Liên hệ - Người liên hệ: Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd. - Điạ chỉ: 485 Xa lộ Hà Nội, Linh Trung, Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam
