Develop plan and fully deliver Trade activation/ campaign/ events to ensure its effectiveness according to KPIs in particular Off-Premise channel. - Perform full year organizing trade activities in line with business objectives/ brand objectives. - Responsible for the project budget (track all spend, monthly reporting). - Execution of National activations and events for all company portfolios based on Brand Campaign. - Manage the activity performance in collaborating with key commercial departments and external partners. - Demonstrates understanding of shoppers and customers behaviors specific to the region to develop right strategy at right region. - Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.), monitoring the competitor activities and propose innovative ideas..
