Responsibility Areas: 1 Liaison with various ministry, agency to facilitate the smooth registration activity 2 Understand and share current updates in regulations/new guidelines/circulars published by related ministry 3 Keep track of registration status, submissions and registration timeline 4 Closely follow up the status of application from the time of submission until getting approval. 5 Closely coordinate with Headquarter for request/preparation of any necessary documentation 6 Reporting and conduct new assignment from line manager Quyền lợi được hưởng - Salary: around 30.000.000 VND (Gross) and negotiable in the interview. - Working day: 8.00am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. - 14 Annual leave days/ year - 13th Salary - Social insurance and other benefits under the Vietnam Labor Code. Yêu cầu kỹ năng 1/ Education and Experience: - Diploma of university degree or higher, major in Biotechnology preferred; - 3-5 years professional experience in MLM/cosmetic/functional food company or in related disciplines; 2/ Specific Knowledge, Skills and other Competences: - Best in collaboration & teamwork - Good knowledge and understanding of legal requirements related to product registration - Good relationship with the authorities related to registration tasks (Ministry of Health of Vietnam, etc) - Strong in planning and executive - Good in leading and managing change
