1. Making sales Plan and Forecast for assigned customers, leading other departments to follow plan to meet customers’ need in existing product system and new product development requests, sales plan, to make sure continuity in customer production, also not overstock. 2. Updating customer situation to minimize the loss for company. 3. Receiving customer’s claim and closely cooperate with related department to settling customer’s claim 4. Cooperating closely with all other departments to improve products & systems, developing new products to satisfy customers. 5. Quote price for new products or revise price if needed in case of exchange rate or materials fluctuation, etc. based on pricing policy, with consideration of RMCC target, competitor price, etc. to achieve RMCC target yearly and maximize profit. 6. Updating knowledge about competitors system and product, finding out strong point and weak point like products quality, after sales service, delivery service, price, etc. compared with our system to draw out countermeasure to improve total system 7. The review of this will be done weekly, monthly or immediately if needed 8. Being responsible for contract making, control and collect debt.
