We are looking for a creative Junior UI Designer to join us to build a top-notch product in the fintech field. The position reports to the Senior Designer. As a Junior UI Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology; designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets; and designing materials such as banners, posters, images, advertisements, packaging. Key responsibilities and duties: - Design intuitive and engaging interactions for web and mobile platforms. - Collaborate with the line manager to assess the feasibility of ideas, implement or evolve your designs to specify and deliver a great product efficiently. - Advocate product features and enhancements for customer needs in collaboration with the product development team. - Design banners, posters, images, icons, advertisements, promotions, packaging, brochures, standee for company activities. - Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of interfaces. - Gather, research and evaluate user pain points and behaviors. - Design according to the requirements of the relevant part within the scope of work. Working hour: Monday to Friday 8h30 - 17h30 Yêu cầu kỹ năng Qualification & Requirement: - Understanding of fundamental design principles and guidelines of particular platforms including websites and mobile applications. - Knowledge and understanding in one of the following fields preferred: E-commerce, Fintech, CRM, Loyalty, Adstech. - A minimum of 1 - 2 years working experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile. - Deadline-oriented with great follow-up and reporting skills. - Strong typography, layout and visual design skills. - Attention to details and responds well under pressure with a strict time limit. - Knowledgeable in Design Toolsets (Adobe Suite, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, Sketch, Axure). - Creative, open-mind and trendy.
