** Ocean/Air Export: • To handle and ensure Trade Ops are executed accurately, and comply with group policies, standards, guidelines and SOPs, and comply local requlations. • Responsible for Ocean & Air scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, analysis, monitor carrier/airline/co-loader quality standards. • Receiving inquiries from trade/agents/sales/customers and follow up for booking arrangement/releasing. • Handle Documentation (Booking, Issue HBL, SI Submission, Pre-alert, Invoice, Job Costing, AMS/ISF/ACI Filing) • Monitor and update oversea/customer the cargo status until it arrives at the final destination. • Maintain good customer service relationship with customers as well as shippers • Follow up and control subcontractors during handling shipments. • Make reports to manager as requested. • Other service task assigned by management.
