Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Receive and monitor customer Purchase Orders (PO) and Forecasts (FC); visit customers to understand their planning needs and align production accordingly
2. Develop and maintain master production schedules to meet shipping dates based on customer orders and sales forecasts via the ERP system
3. Analyze production specifications, plant capacity, and perform calculations to determine required processes, tools, and manpower
4. Schedule workflow across departments in line with established manufacturing sequences and lead times
5. Plan the sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other operations to guide production teams
6. Collaborate with department supervisors to track progress of assigned projects and resolve scheduling issues
7. Expedite delayed operations and adjust schedules to address unexpected challenges
8. Create and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely shipments to customers
9. Prepare production and delivery performance reports for internal and customer reference
10. Compile lists of required materials, tools, and equipment for production
11. Generate material planning orders to secure necessary resources in a timely manner
Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Male/Female
+ University degree, major related to Economic, Foreign Trade, Logistics...
+ Can communicate in English
+ Good PC skills: Windows, MS Office, Excel
+ Preferable 5 years of working experience in similar industry
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing complex datasets
+ Working experience with ERP QAD Software is preferred
+ Knowledge in ocean and air freight structure
+ Able to work overtime and travel for work purposes
