Customer Service Executive (Remote - Ho Chi Minh City)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Communicate with customers via Etsy, Shopify chatbox, email, and phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer experiences.
Coordinate and follow up with logistics partners and fulfillment centers in the US to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Manage and update daily inventory data from the US warehouse.
Track and maintain container schedules, including estimated arrival dates and status updates.
Support internal teams (Sales, Operation, Marketing) by providing customer feedback and insights.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the
Customer Service Supervisor
.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently residing in Ho Chi Minh City.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (100% of our customers are native English speakers).
Able to work rotating shifts, including day and night when required (additional pay applies).
Working Schedule: 5 working days/week - Night shift rotation
Shift 1: 5:30 PM - 00:00 AM
Shift 2: 00:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Comfortable using a personal laptop for remote work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and problem-solve independently.
Team-oriented, open-minded, and eager to grow and learn.
Willingness to work on public holidays (with compensation or additional benefits).
No experience required, but youll stand out if you:
Have previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or with international clients.
Have worked in the furniture or home decor industry.
