RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build up legal practice to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in the healthcare/medical sector, business, and labour laws;
• Handling Compliance issues, Risk Management issues (company health check, procedure);
• Handling supporting investment issues, due diligence in SEA;
• Conduct legal analysis, develop Legal framework and propose solutions and processes to deal with legal matters in SEA entities (License, Contract, Data Privacy, Operation, Dispute resolution, etc.);
• Supporting daily operations and governance of SEA entities from the Legal side (review and advise Sales, Procurement, Sponsorship, and Clinical Trials agreements);
• Reviewing documents and supporting for Tenders;
• Handling related matters of Lab operations and compliance;
• Working and filing dossiers with the competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health-related agencies, and assisting with other tasks as needed;
• Provide arbitration, litigation, mediation, and Legal dispute support (if any);
• Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors Degree in Law.
• At least 5 years of working experience in legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of legal matters, especially in the Healthcare and Biotech industry, is preferable.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and individually.
• Desire to build positive values for the community.
