Job Description
Main Role
Manage all bar operations, ensuring the quality of food, beverages, and customer service meets established standards, while maximizing departmental revenue and financial efficiency. Comply with all local health and safety regulations, brand standards, and internal policies.
Daily Responsibilities
Staff Management
Coordinate staff activities and assign shifts appropriately.
Train and support employee development through feedback and personal goals.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage interdepartmental collaboration.
Propose staffing solutions when necessary.
Ensure adequate supply of food and beverages.
Establish and monitor daily/weekly/monthly checklists to maintain quality and performance.
Financial Management
Participate in budgeting and departmental goal setting.
Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs.
Approve purchases (alcohol, ingredients) according to standards.
Oversee operations to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with the Finance department to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Customer Experience
Ensure product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
Supervise sales processes, operating costs, and hygiene standards.
Control food and beverage preparation and presentation.
Build effective staff relationships.
Plan and implement sales and promotional activities.
Responsible Operations
Coordinate pricing and menu development based on market demand, trends, and cost.
Organize weekly F&B department meetings to review financials, operations, and quality improvements.
Maintain standardized recipe records, including sales history, cost, inventory, and production time.
Stay updated on industry trends and standards.
Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and local authorities.
Participate in resort safety activities.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

Requirement
Education
Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field, including supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong communication skills with guests, staff, and external partners; able to represent the hotel and brand professionally.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or serving license, or food safety certification as required by law.
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational, and training skills.
Strong writing skills and leadership abilities.
Language
Professional proficiency in English.
