Objective of job
Planning and realization of production processes for existing and new products, in cooperation with Industrial Engineering team.
1. Industrial Engineering:
• Perform time studies;
• Verify and correct bill of materials;
• Perform equipment capacity planning;
• Perform personnel capacity planning;
• Identify improvement potential in product and production processes;
• Implement released optimizations;
• Coordinate relevant plannings with other departments;
• Analyze and monitor production methods, as well as improving them;
• Create, maintain and improve plant layout;
• Optimize material flow;
• Create process specifications;
• Create line balancing.
2. Change Management
• Coordination of changes and their deployment dates, taking into consideration the producibility and ideal costs excluding avoidable production faults at DRÄXLMAIER and customers
• Creation/ processing/ communication of documentations (e.g. development documentations etc.) in system (e.g. in PLM system etc.) within the project teams; support in deadline and cost planning for a vehicle project; participating in increasing the maturity level (e.g. by means of analyses of the first components and deviation of optimisations etc.)
• Determination of the required production capacities and resources (e.g. infrastructure, machines, tools and materials etc.)
• Coordination and stipulation of relevant planning parameters with specialist departments/ within the team
• Checking release dates; participating in the stipulation of test and acceptance scopes
• Cooperation in the planning of operating material types and quantities as well as in coordinating the constructive design and its release
• Identification of proposals for the manufacturing-specific design of components and, if applicable, initiation of constructive modifications (e.g. dimensions, tolerances, materials, production procedures etc.)
• Coordination of drawing contents with the specialist departments, taking into consideration a manufacturing- and installation-specific layout, if applicable initiation of modifications
• Introduction, monitoring and analyses of manufacturing trials
• Identification and verification of improvement potentials in production and on the product as well as implementation of the suggestions upon approval
3. Equipment Planning
• Testing, distribution and storage in the system of technical product description documents (e.g., customer drawing, connection lists, 1:1 drawings);
• Coordination of changes and implementation deadlines for production;
• Regular meetings with Technical Product Management (TPM);
• Release / Deviation Requirements in cooperation with Technical Product Management (TPM);
• Participate to FMEA;
• Maintaining PLP / PFD in series;
• Ordering production process programs (e.g., OMP files);
• Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions in coordination with all departments;
• Maintenance of the technical data in the system (MES-ESC);
• Translate explanation of technical documents or notes on the production documents into national language if necessary.
Yêu cầu
Specialized knowledge / education:
• Completed university degree in technical field
Work experience:
• 1 - 3 years experience in manufacturing/ automotive industry/ IE
Additional knowledge:
