- Department: Research & Development (R&D)
- Position Level: Manager
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: Lot P-4, Trang Due Industrial Park, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, An Hoa Ward, An Duong District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam
* Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all activities of the R&D department
- Plan and lead research projects to develop new materials aligned with company strategy
- Oversee product development projects involving UV-reactive materials, thermal materials, films, production processes, and formulations
- Evaluate material properties and product performance
- Manage R&D staff: training, performance evaluation, and team development
- Collaborate with other departments (Production, QA, Sales) to commercialize products
- Stay updated on technology trends and suggest new research directions

Yêu cầu
* Candidate Requirements
- Age: Preferably 30 years and above (born from 1984 onward)
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher
- Major: Chemistry or related fields
- Experience:
+ At least 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in large corporations such as LG Chem, Lotte Chemical, Samsung, LG Electronics, etc.
+ Proven experience in leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization
- Technical Skills:
+ Proficient in using analytical instruments such as GC-MS, FT-IR
+ Strong project management skills, including planning, task delegation, and performance evaluation
+ Excellent communication, reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
