Brand Activities Excellence (60%)
Assist the Brand Manager in executing the Marketing activities for Noodles category by coordinating with Sales and Trade Teams to carry out effective campaigns, and achieve strong brand growth.
Liaise closely with agencies and inhouse team for branding and consumer promotion that focus on the BTL activities in GT, MT channel including the activation, sampling, and POSM...
Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
Brand Planning (20%):
Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitors movements... to identify brand opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for brand planning.
Visit markets and research consumers to gain insights and track new trends.
Ensure Smooth Operation (20%):
Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the brand.
Lead cross functions (sales,
trade marketing
, supply chain,
purchasing
) to run the MKT activities: promotion and sales movements... to ensure the launchs success in Vietnam.
Follow up with Sales and Trade team to implement activation and promotion plans, ensuring strong product sell- through
Control Marketing expenses.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 02-3 years of experience in ABM role within FMCG or Food categories, preferably with hands-on experience in driving bussiness.
Strong in management product, BTL activities, tracking sales.
Ability to multi-task, take ownership, and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good communication skills in English.
