Mô tả công việc
Oversees talent management, employee relations, and HR operations across F&B units to ensure high performance, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes tailored for F&B roles such as service staff, chefs, and management.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to define role-based competencies and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and HR policies relevant to F&B operations.
• Lead training initiatives (customer service, hygiene standards, F&B technologies), and coordinate onboarding for new staff.
• Partner with F&B operations to determine staffing levels, shift scheduling, and labor cost control.
• Support internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in compliance with company policy.
• Monitor F&B employee satisfaction, retention, and turnover; develop staff engagement and recognition programs.
• Report HR metrics (attrition, hiring timelines, training completion, cost per hire) to management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in HR roles, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors
• Recruitment, staff training, performance evaluation, employee relations
• F&B roles structure, labor laws, health/safety standards
• Excellent communication, teamwork, discretion
• Familiarity with payroll systems, bilingual capabilities (English/Vietnamese) (Preferred)
