Main responsibilities
● Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, who engage with accounting, auditing and tax filing services.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
● Negotiate contracts, quotations and close agreements to maximize profits.
● Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly deliverables (including management accounts, tax computation, audited financial statement) to internal and external stakeholders.
● Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
● Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
● Exercises overall supervision of staff. Participates in the processes including selecting, hiring, evaluating job performance, employee training and development, promoting, and any disciplinary action up to termination.
● Monitors job progress and direct production scheduling to meet client deadlines.
● Prepare reports on team performance status.
● May assist management in the establishment of long-range plans and corresponding schedules to achieve team goals and objectives.
● Collaborate with accounting-sales team to identify and grow opportunities within jurisdictions.
● Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
● Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, policies, and procedures for effective and efficient process of delivery solutions to client.
Yêu cầu
● BA/BS degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance, Sales or relevant field.
● Requires a knowledge of Accounting/Tax/Auditing fields and an excellent command of the English language.
● Proven work experience as an
Account Manager
, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
● Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, especially with accountant members.
● Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
● Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
● Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
● Experience developing and leading emergency management preparedness, emergency response, and mitigation.
● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to defuse conflict.
