Job Description
• Organize, manage and control all daily activities of the Account department.
• Guide, inspect and be responsible for the recording and accounting of all accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
• Control cash flow, revenues and expenditures as well as all accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly financial and budget plans; control costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Financial Reporting and Tax Obligations.
• Organize the preparation and presentation of financial statements and management reports periodically.
• Implement and supervise the declaration and payment of various taxes as regulated: VAT, PIT, CIT, business license fee, etc.
• Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, insurance companies and relevant partners.
• Internal Control and Compliance:
• Establish and operate the internal control system in the finance and accounting domain.
• Ensure compliance with the companys financial policies and current laws.
• Detect and prevent financial fraud risks.
• Training and Personnel Development.
• Recruit, train, and develop the accounting staff.
• Evaluate the performance of employees within the department.
Yêu cầu
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• At least 07 years of experience in accounting, including 4 years in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of accounting regulations, Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), and tax and financial laws.
• Proficient in accounting software (MISA, FAST, KiotViet, etc.) and Excel.
• Strong management, leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Honest, meticulous, highly responsible and able to maintain information confidentiality.
• Fluent English (speaking & writing) is required.
• Working experience in hospitality and FDI companies is an advantage.
