Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for ensure to advise and provide personal financial products and services in accordance with customer needs, in order to bring the best experience to customers.
- The job holder ensures compliance and minimizes risks when processing transactions, providing products and services to customers.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. CUSTOMERS: CONSULTANCY AND PROVIDE PERSONAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT MATCHES CUSTOMERS NEEDS.
- Receive and learn information from customers to advise and provide products and services that are suitable for customers needs or introduce them to specified locations to bring the best experience to customers. Customer.
- Exploit, consulting and providing personal financial products and services suitable to customer needs according to the list of customers assigned in each period.
- Develop customers according to the banks oriented sales channels from time to time.
2. PRODUCTS và SERVICES: ASSURANCE AND ENHANCE SERVICE QUALITY, HELP BRING THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Perform transactions/consultations at the request of the Client accurately, completely, quickly and in a timely manner, ensuring the correct SLAs and service quality standards.
- Update information on products, processes/regulations, Marketing programs, new sales campaigns and instructions of Techcombank from time to time in order to provide the best services of the Bank to customers.
- Receive and handle customer requests and complaints in accordance with Techcombanks regulations.
- Make recommendations to relevant departments to contribute to improving product, process and policy issues from time to time.
Key Accountabilities (2)
3. SYSTEM: OPERATION COMPLIANCE và RISK MANAGEMENT
- Perform work in accordance with the Banks policies, procedures, regulations and instructions.
- Identify customer information as well as warning signs before, during and after customer transactions, ensuring compliance with Techcombanks processes and regulations and the law.
- Manage credit risk, operational risk on the assigned customer list in accordance with regulations and instructions of the bank
- Ensure compliance with Techcombanks policies and procedures.
- Comply with the post-borrowing inspection process (controlling the customers capital use purpose, collateral, financial situation...). Periodically according to the provisions of credit products/post-borrowing control regulations, assess the customer, control the purpose of the customers capital, immediately notify the relevant departments when the customer have problems with financial situation, ability to repay debt, purpose of using capital, etc..
- Identify, report and participate in the handling of operational risks.
- Comply with regulations on information security and information security.

Domain Expertise
- At least 5+ years of experience in Banking field in a similar position
