* Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Customer Engagement:
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
* Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of building materials and assist customers with product selection.
* Team Training and Development:
- Train and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
* Sales Strategy Implementation:

Yêu cầu
