Key Responsibilities:
Photography
• Capture high-quality photographs of school events, daily life, classrooms, extracurricular activities, and staff/student portraits.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure professional quality and alignment with the ISHCMC brand.
• Maintain and organize an image library for internal and external use.
Videography
• Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for promotional campaigns, social media, website, and internal communication.
• Create storyboards and scripts in collaboration with the communications team when necessary.
• Produce a variety of video formats: short-form reels, interviews, event coverage, and highlight reels.
Content & Brand Support
• Work closely with the communications team to align visual content with brand guidelines and communication goals.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Admissions, Academic Teams, Marketing) to meet their photography/video needs.
• Assist in conceptualizing creative content strategies for communications campaigns.
Equipment & Asset Management
• Maintain and manage photography/videography equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
• Organize digital files and backups for efficient retrieval and archival.
Yêu cầu
• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in an educational or creative agency setting.
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work.
• Excellent visual storytelling and editing skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English & Vietnamese
