l Responsible for chemical engineering technical expertise of Development.l Building long-term and sustainable development orientation. l Responsible for participating in the sample development process in create bonding processes. Materials, compounds validation. Directly participate in and implementing related to chemical or new technology projects.l Perform product development engineering work in one or more general engineering functions to include mechanical, process, product, chemical, etc. Apply this work to elevate product through the using of new technologies and processes.l Re-solve product issues in development, commercialization. Assist in presenting concepts and solutions at the functional level. Support knowledge transfer outside of functional area as needed.l Lead of CE transfer of bonding process, technology and technical elements necessary for CE production smooth applied throughout the production process.l Approval BPFC: giving the shortest and most suitable bonding process possible while still ensuring the requirements. Applying environmentally friendly/recycling/Bio content chemicals, minimizing the harmful chemicals brought, the factors affecting the greenhouse effect, improve the working environment.l Sample bonding quality improvement: Emphasis on rigorous & scientific inspection of processes and conditions during sample making to make sure meet physical lab testing requirement with all samples.l Consult technologies or machines that can be well applied in production practice. Easy to set up, operate and apply as well as maintain. With purpose increase productivity, improve quality and reduce labor costs.l Conduct training of existing personnel. Implement policies to attract with experience and ability. Set up a formal training program, incubating them to become capable & effective employees at work. Training CE team with full skills & knowledge as well as communication, maximum support for sample development and production process. With a long-term sustainable development & orientation.l Approval chemical consumption to matching with actual, VOC requirement, update data on chemical BOM system each style. Reduce chemical waste in development & production process.l Lead team for focus improving CE issues to drive CE team following customer Best Practice Guideline & Standards.l Build automation processes based on chemical expertise and apply chemical innovation ideas for practical application to the process.l Make weekly, monthly, project & monitoring reports for internal & Adidas.l Team management.l Perform other tasks as required by the head of division & global development (if any).
