DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS
1. Digital Intern - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Digitalization of operations for EUDR compliance systems (Track & Trace)
• Development of apps/functions to support Sustainability activities (Bean Buddy)
• Support the concept Development, technical design, UAT & functions of the App
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in IT/ Digital or relevant background; Knowledge of smart application; English fluent
2. Data Analysis Intern - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Extract, collect, and research diverse datasets related to global spice export and retail.
• Analyze data to identify key trends, support report and slide preparation, and contribute to informed decision-making.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Data Science/ Supply Chain or relevant background; Having market research and data analysis skills (by Power BI); English fluent
3. Warehouse Optimization Intern - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Design and implement warehouse zones and stock mapping with appropriate labels and signage for efficient organization.
• Improve the speed and accuracy of physical inventory counts and the reconciliation process.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain; Good English
4. Procurement Compliance Intern - VAT & Vendor Screening - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Analyse current procedures and identify critical checks
• Design additional checks and procedure to improve compliance
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Economics/ Finance/ Legal; Good English
5. F&A Intern - Production Costing Analysis - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Prepare production reports analyzing yield loss by contract, grades, and production line.
• Assist in maintaining accurate actual product costing based on production activities and material tracking.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Finance/ Accounting; Good Excel, VBA, Power BI; Good English
6. F&A Intern - Roasting Report & Data Control - Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Support the Production Accountant with daily report consolidation, identifying and resolving data anomalies in Roasting and Processing.
• Propose ideas for automating reporting processes and improving report files.
• Initiate and drive improvements in Processing Yield and ensure data accuracy for daily Roasting reports.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing; Good English
7. Project Management Intern - Expansion Project - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
• Support our expansion project on planning, documentation, and meeting coordination (agendas, minutes).
• Track progress, update reports, and assist in risk/issue identification.
• Collaborate with teams and conduct research to help meet project goals.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in relevant fields; Good English

• Final year or fresher students in bachelors or masters degree program in a relevant field of each position.
• Having knowledge, skills... that required in each position
• Good at both written and spoken English.
• Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service.
• Must have good academic records.
• Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and "Can Do" spirit.
