Yêu cầu

At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities

At least 2 years working experiences as Area Manager, preferably from Retail industry

Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company

Manages team, incl. Store Associate, Assistant Store Manager in order to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales

Has strong technical knowledge of the organizations products, services and sales techniques

Works with Region Head, Visual
Merchandiser
as well as Product Planning to develop and maximize the sales teams revenue potential

Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected - Good communication skills in English
