Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
1. Collect quotations and compare prices to select the most suitable shipping company for each shipment.
2. Handle customs declaration procedures for the import and export of raw materials and finished products.
3. Verify incoming warehouse data against relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries and coordinate with accounting for proper recording.
4. Collect invoices and related documents for goods to proceed with payment procedures.
5. Summarize monthly logistics costs and process payment requests according to delivery terms.
6. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• Female : 23 - 35 years old
• Graduated from College and above
• Experience with software system in export , logistic in priority
• Fast leaner, able to work under high pressure
• Intermidiate English level
