Mô tả công việc

Handle Air freight operations for both export and import cargo

Taking the bookings from Airlines system and release the booking confirmation to vendors/ customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Issuing AWB/HAWB from Airlines systems

Sending Pre-Alert to the agent, bill of lading to customer after goods are delivered to the warehouse.

Declare the shipment information on the Airlines system.

Coordinate closely with Airlines, customs, warehouses, trucking companies and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely cargo handing.

Tracking and tracing the cargo and domestic trucking status to ensure timely delivery.

Respond promptly to customer inquires and resolve issues throughout the Airlines process

Checking SOA, payment to vendors, costing and document filling.

Other task required by the superiors.

Yêu cầu

Bachelors degree University graduate preferred with Logistics, International Business, or related fields.

Having experience in Logistics, Forwarding, Supply chain is preferred.

Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure

Excellent in communication skill, negotiation skill and problem-solving skill

Good at English, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Fixed salary from 15 - 20M (depending on ability and experience)
